Terms and Conditions for drawings created by ROBO Design Solutions

Architectural Drawing Service Agreement This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between:

Service Provider: ROBO Design Solutions, 87 Fyvie Ave, Tawa, wellington, New Zealand

Client: The client requesting a drawing

Scope of Work: The Service Provider agrees to develop architectural drawings as requested by the Client. This comprises of an electronic copy in either. PDF or PNG format and a printed A1 or A2 sized final copy.

Compensation: The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed sum for the preparation of the drawings.

Limitation of Liability: The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider's liability is strictly limited to the cost of preparing the drawings. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses beyond the total cost paid for the drawings, regardless of the cause or nature of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors, omissions, or defects in the drawings.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the drawings by the Client or any third party.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. The Service Provider agrees to abide by the Fair Trading Act of 1986 & the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.

Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Acceptance: By written acceptance, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
